 Clint Schroeder and Sheryl Morrison From Our Trust, Estate and Charitable Planning Team Host Estate Planning Seminar
On May 21, 2008, Clint Schroeder and Sheryl Morrison from our Trust, Estate and Charitable Planning Team hosted a lunch presentation at the Gray Plant Mooty offices entitled "When the Economy is Bad, Estate Planning is Good: Planning in Low Interest Rate Markets". The approximately 65 attendees learned about and discussed the use of Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Charitable Lead Annuity Trusts, Intra-Family Loans and Life Estate Exchanges for Charitable Gift Annuities in the current markets. The topic and presentations were very well received by our attendees. Watch for our next estate planning seminar coming in October 2008.
