Gray Plant Mooty Welcomes Brian Dillon to its Litigation Group

The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Brian A. Dillon has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office as an associate in the Business and General Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Dillon was Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota where he counseled the State and State agencies in health, antitrust, and consumer enforcement litigation matters. He also practiced at a mid-sized law firm in Madison, Wisc., served as a judicial extern for then-Justice Diane Sykes of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and served as a Legislative Aide in the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman Paul Ryan.

"Brian's experience handling complex litigation and challenging legal issues, both at the Attorney General's Office and, before that, in private practice, make him a valuable addition to our litigation group,” says Greg Merz, co-chair of GPM’s Business and General Litigation practice group.

Dillon received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the American, Minnesota, and Wisconsin bar associations and former board president of Dane County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
