Dan Shulman's Work Noted in Law & Politics' "Lawsuits of the Year"

Dan Shulman, a principal in Gray Plant Mooty's Litigation practice group, was quoted in an article entitled "Law Suits of the Year," published in the December/January 2008 issue of Minnesota Law & Politics.

Shulman was noted for his work on Arias et al. v. United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division of the Department of Homeland Security et al., in which 40 alleged illegal immigrants who were arrested earlier this year in Willmar, Minn. filed a lawsuit against ICE agents claiming that the Willmar raids were "about more than finding undocumented immigrants; they were also tactics of terror and intimidation."
