Laurie Knocke Quoted in Minnesota Lawyer

"The legal standard that determines liability for sexual harassment is coming before the Minnesota Supreme Court in a case recently accepted for review. [The case] will potentially clear up some confusion and disagreement among lawyers by revisiting the proper standard for determining when alleged harassment creates a hostile working environment - an issue not before the Supreme Court since 2001 in Goins v. West Group."

Laurie Knocke, a principal in Gray Plant Mooty's Employment Law practice group, was recently interviewed by Minnesota Lawyer and quoted in its November 5, 2007 article, "Harassment Standard Will Be Reviewed By High Court."
