We’re glad you’re considering practicing at Gray Plant Mooty. We want you to learn as much as you can about us before making your decision. And the best way to do that is to spend time with attorneys who work here. We will make sure you have plenty of opportunity to do that. Meanwhile, here are some of the things you probably want to know about us:

Practice Groups: Gray Plant Mooty has a large number of practice areas, each consisting of attorneys and paralegals who are experts in their fields. As an associate, you will report to one primary practice group, and be a member of one or more additional groups. That enables you to focus your skills in one area, while learning from and contributing to others.

Reviews: To give you the most valuable feedback possible, all attorneys who have worked with you contribute to your yearly review, which addresses the quality of your work, firm involvement, strengths, areas for improvement, and progress on the partnership track. In addition to the formal review process, we encourage you to talk about any issue at any time with any partner in your practice group.
