Keynote speaker:  Dr. Tom Stinson, Minnesota State Economist

Dr. Stinson is a professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota. Since 1987, he also has served as the Minnesota State Economist, where he supervises the preparation of the state's revenue forecast. He will have just reported the state's budget forecast on December 4. Dr. Stinson will be providing the audience with a timely update on the economic conditions in Minnesota.
