The ACTC is a nonprofit professional association of tax lawyers in private practice, law school teaching positions, and government who are recognized for their excellence in tax practice and for their substantial contributions and commitment to the profession. The College is composed of approximately 700 current Fellows chosen by their peers in recognition of their outstanding reputations and contributions in the field of tax law, and is governed by a Board of Regents.
Klein’s practice is concentrated on business and tax law issues, especially those involving closely held business organizations and their owners. He is routinely involved in entity selection and reorganization decisions, many different types of business and investment transactions, succession planning, and a wide variety of other issues affecting these organizations, businesses, and owners.
