Bill Fisher practices in the areas of reorganization and bankruptcy, commercial law, and creditors’ rights. He also has represented lenders of all types, including equipment lessors and financiers, real estate mortgagees, lessors, creditors’ committees, a Chapter 11 trustee, Chapter 11 debtors, and Chapter 7 debtors.
Bill teaches courses on business law at Metro State University and is a frequent lecturer and author at legal education seminars on bankruptcy, the U.C.C., finance, and consumer law. He has also taught the U.C.C. and Bankruptcy at William Mitchell College of Law.
