Wade Adamson concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate and corporate transactions, including negotiating construction contracts, developer contracts, leases, easements, contracts for deed, notes, mortgages and loan agreements, and analyzing potential acquisitions and sales, financing options, land use, zoning, development, and environmental matters.
Before joining Gray Plant Mooty, Wade served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sharon L. Hall in Minnesota’s Tenth Judicial District and as an extern to the Honorable Jeffrey J. Keyes, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
