Ginny Horton represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including franchise law, contract claims, trademark disputes, employment matters, and government investigations.
Ginny’s experience as a litigation associate in private practice and in the financial regulation division of the Maryland attorney general’s office contribute to her distinctive insight on complex litigation and government investigations. She recently wrote a chapter for the upcoming ABA Lobbying Manual on prosecution of lobbyists and lawmakers for bribery, gratuities, and honest services fraud.
Prior to practicing law, Ginny managed sales and customer marketing content for a Fortune Global 500 company.
