Dick Hackett is well known in the Twin Cities for his experience with employee benefit matters.
Dick is a former adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law. He frequently lectures for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and Minnesota Institute of Legal Education on employee benefit matters. He currently serves on a Great Lake States regional council that advises the IRS on issues related to employee benefit plans.
In addition, Dick has an active corporate practice focused on several privately-held businesses.
