Nicole Strydom focuses her practice on securities, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate law, and commercial transactions. She has experience representing public and private clients in securities transactions and periodic reporting. Nicole counsels businesses on corporate formation, governance, and contract negotiation. She also advises buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchases.
With previous experience in banking and regulatory compliance, Nicole understands the landscape of today’s highly regulated corporate environment and has particular knowledge of federal regulatory agency interaction. Nicole offers clients a competitive perspective on both the business and legal sides of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Nicole served as law clerk and as an extern to the Honorable Nancy C. Dreher, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Minnesota. Before law school, she was a professional cellist and was an active chamber musician and member of a symphony orchestra.
