Molly Littman provides counsel on a wide range of intellectual property enforcement issues, focusing primarily on trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret litigation, as well as disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) proceedings. She also advises clients on matters involving marketing and brand management, advertising, social media, and Internet sweepstakes and contests.
Molly is an alumna of Gray Plant Mooty’s summer associates program. Before joining Gray Plant Mooty, Molly served as a law clerk in the Minnesota Office of the Public Defender and as a law clerk at Young Entertainment Law, PLLC focusing on copyright litigation. While attending William Mitchell College of Law, she served as the editor-in-chief of Cybaris®, William Mitchell’s intellectual property law review, and was an associate editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. She also participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition that focuses on trademark-related issues, and in William Mitchell’s Intellectual Property Clinic filing federal and state trademark applications.
