Meg Martin represents clients in a wide variety of matters relating to trust and estate planning and administration, business succession planning, and wealth management. Meg also represents clients in fiduciary litigation when disputes involving trusts, estates, guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary responsibilities, tax, and related matters arise.
Meg takes a relational and proactive approach to her practice and aims to have a complete understanding of her clients, including their current circumstances, long-term goals, and the values that motivate and inspire them to leave a legacy. Clients appreciate Meg’s responsiveness and trust her to provide informed, practical guidance whenever an issue or question arises.
Meg is a former law clerk at Gray Plant Mooty and an alumna of the firm’s summer associate program. She is a native of North Dakota and loves to travel with her family, having visited all 50 states and nearly 30 countries worldwide.
