Kathryn Hauff represents franchisors in disputes with potential, current, and former franchisees. She also advises franchisors on a wide range of issues, including new franchise and business opportunities, regulatory compliance matters, contract disputes, investigations by state regulatory authorities, and litigation.
While in law school, Kathryn served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joan Ericksen in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. In addition, Kathryn is an alumna of Gray Plant Mooty’s summer associate program. While in college, Kathryn sat on the College of Saint Benedict’s Board of Trustees and was a two-time All-American golfer.
