Justin focuses his practice on franchise and other business litigation and government investigations. He advises some of the nation’s largest franchisors and regularly defends and prosecutes cases on their behalf in matters involving the enforcement of covenants not to compete, vicarious liability, business torts, and trademark infringement, among others. Justin’s experience also includes representing clients in commercial contract disputes and defending individuals in connection with government investigations concerning health care fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. He represents clients ranging from individuals and small employers to public entities and international corporations.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. While in law school, Justin worked as an intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia’s Office of the Attorney General.
