Alice Campbell is a paralegal and business analyst working principally in the area of general business transactions law including business financing, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. She works with Gray Plant Mooty attorneys on private placements of debt and equity securities, and in their activities as outside general counsel for clients. She has worked directly with companies, assisting with raising start-up capital, secondary private financing and conventional or government-assisted financing. Alice has drafted a wide variety of business contracts including buy-sell agreements, stock redemption agreements, equipment leases, confidentiality agreements, product or technology development, and licensing agreements. She also assists clients with creating new corporations or other business entities, maintaining their corporate records, managing security transfer requests, and documenting equity incentive programs.
Alice joined Gray Plant Mooty in 1994 after ten years as a commercial officer at U.S. Bank, specializing in SBA and other loan programs for businesses, and five years as a research food engineer.
