Our lateral attorneys join our firm and decide to stay. In fact, 10 of our 16 practice group leaders began their legal careers elsewhere before joining Gray Plant Mooty. Laterals join us as individuals and as groups; 25% of our current attorneys joined us as members of small groups. Our experience and best practices with integrating lateral attorneys, whether as individuals or part of a group, are designed to facilitate smooth transitions.
